Job summary

Central Confinement Services LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee all aspects of jobsite operations from start to finish, based in Columbus, NE. The role emphasizes safety, schedule adherence, and effective communication with clients and subcontractors.

The candidate will manage crews, coordinate with project managers, and use Builder Trend for logs and documentation. Travel will be required, and a CDL and CPR certification are expected as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and timely execution of construction projects.
• Ensure compliance and quality regulations are followed.
• Communicate project progress with clients, subcontractors, and project managers to keep the project moving forward.
• Manage site activities including laborers and subcontractors and the construction site organization.
• Use Builder Trend for daily logs, photos, and project documentation.
• Coordinate material orders, bid requests, plans, deliveries, and trades.
• Conduct site visits to verify schedule and quality.
• Enforce site safety rules and report incidents to minimize risks.
• Compile punch lists per trade and ensure completion.
• Attend meetings in office or via media and provide As-Built prints.
• Stop work for unsafe conditions and enforce safe procedures.
• Track delivery, installation, and storage of materials.
• Maintain equipment safety and condition and ensure proper operation.
• Adhere to project timeline with regular Builder Trend reporting.
• All other duties assigned.
