Job summary

Haughey Recruitment is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager for a role based outside Dungannon. The successful candidate will be crucial in ensuring safety compliance and fostering effective relationships across construction sites.

Key responsibilities include conducting audits, advising teams, and preparing health and safety documentation. A formal H&S qualification, CSCS card, and a minimum of five years’ experience in construction are essential.

Qualifications

• Formal H&S qualification e.g., NEBOSH General Certificate / Construction Certificate as a minimum.
• Holder of CSCS / CSR / Safepass card or proven equivalent.
• Minimum of five years’ dedicated H&S experience in construction or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Co‑ordinate health and safety and environmental performance.
• Advise management & staff on safety, health & environmental matters.
• Conduct site health, safety & environmental audits.
