Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One to Two years batching-related experience preferred.
• CDL Class A or B.
• Ability and willingness to pass ACI level 1 certification within six months.

Responsibilities

• Batches concrete load according to specifications.
• Reads dispatch orders and understands production requirements.
• Operates batching safely and complies with regulations.
• Prints and files invoice tickets; assists with customer payments on delivery.
• Maintains plant equipment and performs routine maintenance and repairs.
• Becomes proficient in batching, dispatching & Quality Control Software.
• Maintains time and material records.
• Understands mix designs and quality conformance.
• Must climb ladders and follow instructions.
