The Regional CMO will work as a dyad with the Regional Market President, guide clinical strategy, recruit leaders, and maintain clinical skills with ~10% clinical practice; travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years as practicing physician with regional leadership experience.
• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Current state medical licensure and willingness to obtain additional licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional clinical culture and drive performance across care delivery.
• Develop high-quality primary care teams and talent pipelines.
• Partner with Regional Market President in a dyad to align strategy and operations.
• Advance national clinical focus in care models, operations, and analytics.
• Maintain hands-on clinical practice to stay connected to patient needs.
