The Regional CMO will guide regional medical directors, partner with the Regional Market President, and travel to markets up to 40% while maintaining clinical engagement in the home market.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years as practicing physician and regional/national leadership experience.
• MD or DO from an accredited program; active board certification in a relevant specialty.
• Current, unrestricted medical licensure; willingness to license in required states.
• Extensive experience in value-based care, Medicare Advantage, and care models.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinical excellence and a high-performance culture across regions.
• Lead regional/area medical directors and partner with the Regional Market President.
• Develop clinical leadership talent and ensure staffing for patient needs.
• Improve patient outcomes, care experience, and STARs metrics across geographies.
• Practice clinically ~10% in home market to maintain skills and relevance.
