Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Lead Regional Clinical Operations professional to drive oncology studies across regions. The role focuses on delivering studies on time and within budget, while ensuring inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.

The incumbent will oversee regional teams and external vendors, manage budgets and study documentation, and mentor junior staff. Travel may be required to support global study activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a scientific or healthcare field is required.
• Experience in clinical research within biotech, pharma, or CRO industries (4+ years).
• Experience in clinical functions, preferably as CRA, and leadership in managing clinical studies.
