• Knowledge of chemotherapy agents, hyperalimentation, IV admixture, narcotic control, and investigational drugs.
• Communicates with healthcare professionals regarding orders and drug interactions.
• Dispenses medications per physician orders and ensures accurate dosages.
• Oversees technicians and ensures accurate entry of orders in computer systems.
• Participates in planning and updating pharmacy services to maintain high standards.
