Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a Regional Manager for the Foothills region to lead five clinics, ensure smooth operations, and uphold company standards. You will supervise clinic staff, coordinate schedules, and monitor staffing, inventory, and patient experience while traveling between Cherryville, Shelby, Forest City, and Gastonia clinics.

Ideal candidates include an RN with management experience, a CRNP or PA with leadership interest, or a professional with a healthcare administration

Qualifications

• RN with management experience
• CRNP or PA with leadership experience
• Masters in healthcare administration or multi-site management
• Willingness to travel between Cherryville, Shelby, Forest City and Gastonia clinics

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of 5 clinics and ensure policy compliance
• Lead clinic staff, coordinate schedules, and monitor staffing
• Manage inventory, hiring, coaching and patient experience
• Act as on-site leader 7 days a week to drive clinic success
• Foster culture, accountability and presence across clinics
