Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to manage a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices in the region, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership and owning office readiness, staffing, facilities and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• “3+ years work experience leading teams in a multi-unit environment”

• “Ability to travel frequently between offices”

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations
• Provide coaching to strengthen team execution
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, facilities, and compliance
• Own office readiness and workforce preparation for seasonal demand
