Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking a Client Experience Manager to transform support into client success across the assigned region. This leader will head a cross-functional team including Client Experience Champions, Engagement Leads/Managers, and Learning Enablement Coaches, owning the NPS for the region and driving high employee satisfaction.

The role blends strategic leadership with tactical support, ensuring clients feel heard and valued.

Qualifications

• Experience leading regional client experience teams.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Familiarity with NPS and eSAT metrics.
• Experience in support operations or client lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own regional client experience with NPS as the primary metric.
• Track and improve NPS through relationship building and value delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams on escalation and issue resolution.
• Manage staffing, workload balance, and SLA adherence.
• Coach team members on handling escalations and client relationships.
• Partner with Learning Enablement to drive training initiatives.
• Report on NPS, eSAT, and operational KPIs to leadership.
