Professional Driver Compensation (6+ Months)

• Weekly Revenue: Average gross settlements range from $1,300 to $1,500.
• High-Performance Ceiling: Top-tier operators earn up to $1,700 per week.
• Safety & Mileage Incentive: Additional $0.08 CPM bonus based on performance metrics.

Entry-Level Field Training (CDL-A Graduates)
