Job summary

Atterro is hiring a Regional Class A Flatbed Driver in Cicero, IL. Earn $28.00 per hour with an average weekly pay around $1,750. Schedule: Sunday late evening to early Monday morning departure, returning Friday; drivers are typically home about two days at the end of each two-week cycle.

This role requires a valid Class A CDL and flatbed experience; Conestoga trailer experience is a plus. You will haul components, perform inspections, secure freight, and maintain DOT safety compliance while

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Flatbed driving experience preferred.
• Experience with Conestoga trailers preferred.
• Ability to securely load and transport freight.
• Willingness to unload freight at destination.
• Regional routes with overnight travel required.
• Must meet Staffmark/DOT standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A vehicles on regional routes.
• Haul garage door components using Conestoga flatbed/van trailers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Secure freight with proper load methods.
• Assist with unloading freight as needed.
• Ensure on-time deliveries while following DOT rules.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and customers.
• Keep equipment clean and report maintenance needs.
