Job summary

Atterro is hiring a Regional Class A Flatbed Driver in Cicero, IL. You will operate Class A trucks regionally, hauling garage door components on Conestoga flatbeds and ensuring safe, on-time deliveries while adhering to DOT rules.

The role requires a valid CDL, flatbed experience, and willingness to assist with unloading. You will inspect equipment, document trips, and communicate with dispatch to meet schedule commitments.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Flatbed driving experience preferred.
• Experience with Conestoga trailers preferred.
• Ability to safely secure and transport freight.
• Must be willing to assist with unloading freight at delivery locations.
• Ability to work regional routes and overnight travel schedules.
• Must meet Staffmark hiring standards and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A vehicles on regional routes.
• Haul garage door components using Conestoga trailers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Secure freight with proper load securement.
• Assist customers and warehouse personnel with unloading.
• Ensure on-time deliveries while following DOT safety requirements.
• Complete shipping documentation accurately.
• Maintain professional communication with dispatch and customers.
