MDB Transportation is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers out of our Phoenix, AZ terminal.

REGIONAL / PER MILE:

• $0.60 per mile for solo drivers.
• Runs 250+ miles — Western states.
• Consistent weekly home time.

Team drivers: ask about our $0.80 per mile team rate.

POTENTIAL EARNINGS:

$70,000 — $100,000 per year — plus your $5,000 sign-on bonus. Steady, dedicated freight means consistent paychecks year-round, not feast-or-famine miles.

BOTH POSITIONS INCLUDE:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience.
• Clean driving record — reliable and safety-focused.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English (FMCSA requirement) — bilingual is a plus.
• No special endorsements required.
• Must be able to work as a W-2 company driver.
