Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Pottsville, PA is seeking a Regional Truck Driver (OTR) to support the Norristown, PA area. This full-time role offers weekly home time and competitive pay with modern equipment.

You will plan routes, maintain logs, comply with DOT rules, and ensure on-time deliveries across designated regions. A Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement and at least 30 months of experience are required; benefits begin on day one.

Qualifications

• Interstate (Class A) CDL with Hazmat endorsement (including cleared background check) or will obtain HAZMAT endorsement (with cleared background check) within 120 calendar days of hire.
• Minimum of 30 months experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the previous 3 years (36 months).
• No more than two moving violations within the last three years (operating personal or commercial vehicle).

Responsibilities

• Uphold Walmart’s safety, integrity, and professionalism standards every mile.
• Plan your day, set priorities, and work with your team to keep freight moving safely and on time.
• Handle all required paperwork and electronic logs accurately and follow DOT/state/company guidelines.
• Safely operate tractor-trailer, inspecting it before, during, and after trips.
• Run optimized routes by following traffic laws and local restrictions to reduce delays and improve on-time deliveries.
