Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking a Class A CDL truck driver for regionally scoped routes in New Jersey. The role involves delivering parts to automotive dealerships, unloading goods, and scanning items at delivery. Overnight travel during the week is common, with weekend home time expected.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required; domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency required to comply with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)).
• Background investigation including past employment, education, and criminal history required.
• Drug screening required; safety-sensitive role as per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Travel regionally to work at various locations as needed.
• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships.
• Unload trailers using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages.
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered.
