• Paid your way: mileage or hourly. Experience matters! Don't start at the bottom. Your starting rate reflects your driving history, now backed by our increased pay scale. Choose between hourly or mileage pay.
• Overtime that adds up. Earn time and a half for every hour over 50 each week. Working 60 to 65 hours per week, overtime can make up $20,000 to $30,000 of your annual earnings.*
• Dedicated routes fit for you. Run reliable lanes that get you home on a regular schedule.

• New CDL grads welcome in Normal. Recent CDL graduates in Normal, IL can start at $26 per hour, with overtime paid at $39 per hour. Working 50-hour weeks, new grads can earn at least $65,000 per year, with additional overtime also available.*
