Job summary

LEM Trucking is seeking a CDL A Truck Driver in Houston, TX. Earn $1,500 to $1,800 weekly while running regional freight and returning home every week. Expect 2,500 to 3,000 miles weekly with 99% no-touch dry van freight and 34–48 hour resets.

Drivers operate International ProStar tractors with automatic transmissions. Medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation pay, and paid orientation are provided.

Qualifications

Earn $1,500 to $1,800 per week while running consistent regional freight and returning home every week. This CDL A position averages 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week with 99 percent no touch dry van freight and scheduled 34 to 48 hour resets.

Regional Route and Home Time

Drivers operate established regional lanes with a mix of primarily drop and hook freight and occasional live load or unload appointments. Home time is provided weekly, alternating between 34 hour and 48 hour resets.

Pay and Driver Incentives

Weekly earnings average $1,500 to $1,800 depending on mileage and experience. Additional earning opportunities include monthly fuel incentives, quarterly performance programs, annual bonuses, and safety rewards.
