Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a regional position covering the Western states. New graduates can train with an experienced trainer before solo runs. After training, drivers run regional lanes with a mix of drop-and-hook and live load freight.

Compensation includes weekly pay and per-mile earnings, with training pay and a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days. Bi-weekly home time and orientation complete the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours of training, or have prior Class A driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years.
• Cannot have been terminated from most recent employment; all criminal convictions are subject to safety review.
• No DUIs within the past 5 years.
• Solid 10-year work history with no major unexplained employment gaps outside of school or training (max 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years).
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Run regional lanes throughout all states west of the Mississippi.
• Operate 53' dry van trailers; 100% no-touch freight with drop-and-hook and live load/unload.
• Maintain a consistent schedule with bi-weekly home time and 34-hour resets.
• Stay compliant with safety policies and coordinate with terminals as needed.
