The role covers regional routes with sleeper tractors and flatbeds, pays $0.69 per mile, $28.75 per stop, and $40 per night in per diem, plus a $1,500 sign-on paid at 30 and 90 days. Shifts may be Mon-Fri or Sun-Thu with weekends off. Supportive team and advancement opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder drug test and background check.
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test.
• Provide valid Class A CDL with endorsements.
• 9 months experience in the past 3 years, OR 2 years in the last 5 years, OR 5 years in the last 10 years.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules.
• Maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Loading/unloading freight if required by customer.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
