Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers to join our Southwest regional fleet. Enjoy consistent mileage, predictable weekly home time, and 100% no-touch dry van freight with modern equipment and strong support.

Drivers earn weekly pay with up-front CPM and detention/breakdown pay. Home weekly with 34–48 hour resets, take-home truck privileges during home time, and full-time year-round freight are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 6 months verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Recent verifiable commercial driving activity within last 90 days.
• SAP drivers welcome if step 6 completed.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional routes across the Southwest.
• Predominantly dry van with 70% drop-and-hook; some live load/unload.
• Manage miles to ensure consistent weekly earnings and home time.
