Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A CDL drivers for regional, no touch freight roles. Earns $1560 to $1650+ per week with full benefits and the option to bring a dog and a rider from day one. Start pay is around 0.70 CPM with 2100–2500+ miles weekly, 40% drop-and-hook and home weekly, though Sundays may be required.

Company provides orientation with paid travel, hotel, meals, and an initial pay of $200/day. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401K plan after introductory periods.

Qualifications

• 6 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 12 months, or 12 months in the last 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional routes with no touch freight.
• Home weekly; may require Sundays to run.
• Use newer model automated trucks; ensure safety and compliance.
