Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL Truck Drivers for a regional position running the Upper Midwest. This opportunity welcomes both experienced drivers and recent CDL school graduates aiming to launch their careers.

New drivers or those with under six months of experience start with OTR training, hauling 53' dry van trailers, before transitioning to the regional route. Compensation includes weekly pay, mileage and stop pay, trainee pay for new drivers, and a quarterly safety incentive.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Recent driving experience of 6 months preferred, or graduate of an accredited truck driving school.
• Clean driving record with no accidents, tickets, suspensions, DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years.
• Stable 10-year work history with no major employment gaps outside of school or training.
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Regional lanes covering the Upper Midwest.
• 100% no-touch freight in 53' dry van trailers.
• Initial 4-6 week OTR training period for drivers with under 6 months of experience.
• Weekly home time with a minimum 34-hour reset on weekends.
• Willingness to run day or night shifts.
• Average weekly mileage of approximately 1,800 to 2,200 miles.
