Job summary

J Rose Logistics is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a Southwest regional fleet across Arizona. Enjoy consistent mileage, weekly home time, and 100% no-touch freight on well-supported lanes with modern equipment.

This full-time, W2 role offers competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits including a 401(k) match, paid vacations and holidays, and more. Home time is weekly with 34–48 hour resets. Take-home truck privileges are allowed during weekly home time.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Minimum 6 months verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Recent verifiable driving activity within the last 90 days.
• Must meet DOT safety, background and drug/alcohol screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional Southwest routes with home weekly.
• Maintain safe driving and comply with DOT regulations.
• Deliver dry van freight with high-efficiency drop-and-hook.
• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries and document trips.
