Drivers receive guaranteed income with top performers averaging $1,770 per week ($92,000 annually), a base rate of $0.55 per practical mile, and accessorial pay for detention, layover, and breakdowns.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Clean MVR and active DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.
• Recent CDL school graduates welcome; paid on-the-job training up to six weeks with a dedicated mentor.
• Full tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional lanes east of I-35 and return home weekly.
• Follow all DOT regulations and maintain safe driving practices.
• Utilize no-touch freight and drop-and-hook operations where available.
• Participate in rider programs; support team-based operations.
