Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL Truck Drivers for regional Upper Midwest routes. The program starts with OTR training alongside an experienced trainer for new drivers or those with under 6 months of experience, hauling 53' dry van trailers.

Compensation includes weekly pay, per mile pay, and a trainee rate for new drivers, with full benefits after 30 days. Home time weekly and weekends with 34-hour resets are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Recent driving experience of 6 months preferred, or graduate of an accredited truck driving school.
• Clean driving record with no accidents, tickets, suspensions, DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years.
• Willing to run day or night shifts.
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' dry van trailers on regional Upper Midwest routes.
• OTR training period for drivers with under 6 months of experience.
• 100% no-touch freight in 53' dry van trailers.
• Weekly home time with a minimum 34-hour reset on weekends.
• Maintain safety and fuel efficiency targets.
