Job summary

Corrugated Logistics is seeking a professional driver to operate a TAS with a 53’ dry van on regional runs. Home weekly, drop and hook, and safe, efficient delivery of goods under FMCSA regulations.

Responsibilities include thorough pre-trip inspections, documenting conditions, communicating with dispatch, maintaining logs electronically, and adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a TAS with a 53’ dry van safely and efficiently.
• Ability to perform thorough pre-trip inspections and report discrepancies.
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and Corrugated Logistics policies.
• Proficient in maintaining accurate driving logs and shipping documentation.
• Clear communication with Dispatch/Operations to coordinate stops and movements.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer equipment for regional loads with 53’ dry van.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections as prescribed by FMCSA and company.
• Accurately maintain electronic logs and trip-related paperwork.
• Communicate delays, issues with equipment or cargo to Dispatch/Operations.
• Ensure proper loading, securing of cargo and shipment documentation.
