Job summary

J Rose Logistics seeks Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional account out of Ocala, FL, with residence within 50 miles of Pompano Beach. This full-time W2 role features weekly home time, regional Florida routes, and unload-pay earnings on top of base pay.

Brand-new automatic sleeper equipment is provided and take-home truck privileges may be available. Expect strong unload bonuses, stable freight, and a supportive work environment with comprehensive benefits and a focus on driver respect

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Minimum 3 months verifiable solo Class A tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Reside within 50 miles of Pompano Beach, FL.
• Able to pass DOT physical, background check and drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional Florida routes from Ocala distribution center.
• Unload trailers at customer sites using the company roller system.
• Maintain safety and fuel efficiency on a consistent, year-round schedule.
• Take-home brand-new automatic sleeper trucks where applicable.
