Job summary

WME Express is seeking Regional Class A drivers to depart Sunday evenings and return Friday or Saturday. You will drive preloaded sleeper trucks, unload furniture and merchandise using hand trucks and pallet jacks, and be responsible for regional deliveries across TN, AL, GA, AR, MO, KS, FL & LA.

Expect about 1,600 miles per week with a $1,865 weekly average and a $97,000 yearly potential. Layover drivers receive hotel lodging; 3 months Class A experience and heavy lifting ability are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months trucking experience
• Must be able to handle heavy lifting
• Must be comfortable unloading freight
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Responsibilities

• Regional driving duties for Class A trucks
• Deliver and unload furniture and merchandise
• Operate with preloaded sleepers (no slip seating)
• Use hand trucks and pallet jacks to unload freight
• Maintain timely delivery within assigned region
