Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder drug test.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.
• Detecting safety hazards and maintaining records.
• Loading/unloading freight as required.

Skills

1 year of flatbed experience

Hazmat, tanker, or doubles/triples endorsements

Load securement experience

Ability to follow written and oral instructions

Ability to read and interpret laws and regulations
