TotalTalentAdvisors is seeking Regional Class A CDL Drivers for 100% no-touch freight in Minnesota. Regional trips have 5 days out with 2 days home, offering strong weekly earnings and steady year-round freight through Amazon’s network.

Earns include $81,120–$94,640 annually, with weekly gross $1,560–$1,820 and hourly $26–$28. Biweekly pay, 60–65 hours weekly, and modern sleeper cabs are provided.

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years of age.
• Clean motor-vehicle record with no CDL suspensions/revocations.
• Pass DOT physical, background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Comfortable operating a 53-foot tractor-trailer in sleeper cab.
• Available for overnight and weekend driving.
• Proficient with ELD, GPS, and common smartphone apps.
• Able to communicate in English per DOT requirements.

What You Need (Requirements)

1. Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years of age
2. Acceptable motor-vehicle record (no current CDL suspension/revocation)
3. Ability to pass a DOT physical, background check, and pre-employment drug screening
4. Comfortable operating a tractor with a 53-foot trailer and resting in a sleeper cab
5. Available for overnight and weekend driving
6. Proficiency with an ELD, GPS, and basic smartphone applications
7. Ability to communicate in English (per DOT regulations)
8. Willingness to receive winter driving/tire chain training and use chains when required

Preferred Experience (But Not Required!)

While Class A tractor-trailer experience is preferred, we gladly welcome qualified newer drivers! Experience with regional or OTR driving, winter conditions, Amazon Relay, or yard hostling is a major plus.

Backgrounds with Amazon DSP, FedEx, or Amazon Career Choice are highly valued.

Note on Equipment Policies: Our modern tractors utilize event-based driver-facing cameras to ensure your safety. Pets, unauthorized passengers, smoking, and vaping are not permitted in company equipment.
