Job summary

J Rose Logistics is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for Southwest regional routes across Arizona. This full-time, W2 position offers steady, year-round freight, weekly home time, and competitive pay with CPM and additional detention/breakdown pay.

You will operate dry van freight with 70% drop-and-hook, 5–5.5 days out and 34–48 hour resets at home, plus benefits including a 401(k) match, paid vacation and holidays, and comprehensive health coverage.

We arecurrently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers residing across Arizona for our Southwest regional fleet. This position offers consistent mileage, predictable weekly home time, and steady dry van freight on well-supported lanes. Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200 – $1,500 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
• Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady year-round freight

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly for your reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out on the road)
• Reset Duration: Reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home
• Operating Area: Regional routes running primarily throughout the Southwestern states

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
• Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook (approximately 70%), with remaining loads being live load/unload
• Equipment: Newer, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models
• Convenience: Take-home truck privileges allowed during your weekly home time

Minimum Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience
• Recent Activity: Must have verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 days
• Safety & Background: Must meet standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements. Prior safety infractions, accidents, or criminal history are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in compliance with applicable local laws.
