Shuster's Builders Supplies, Inc. is seeking experienced CDL drivers for regional routes based in Irwin, PA. You will deliver interior and exterior doors to dealers and retailers while maintaining safety, accuracy, and on-time performance.

Expect 5+ years of CDL driving, a high school diploma, and a strong safety mindset. The role offers regional work with hotel stays and per diem for overnight trips, with competitive wages and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL required.
• Minimum 5 years of CDL driving experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.
• Physically capable of handling product at deliveries.
• Reliable, professional, and adaptable.
• Delivery or material handling experience preferred.
• Clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interior and exterior doors to dealers and retail locations across the regional service area.
• Make multiple stops per route and assist by moving product safely to the tailgate for customer offload.
• Secure loads properly between stops to prevent damage and ensure safe transport.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery verification while abiding by FMCSA safety requirements.
• Adapt to additional tasks as needed to support operations
