Qualifications

• 10+ years leading finance and accounting in a senior role
• Direct, operator-side experience in healthcare required
• Multi-site healthcare operator experience preferred
• SNF or broader post-acute finance experience preferred
• Ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial operators
• Experience building or growing an accounting/finance team
• Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Must be based in or relocate to Phoenix, AZ; onsite role with travel
• Pre-employment background screening required

Responsibilities

• Serve as the finance seat for Arizona operations, partnering with leaders
• Own day-to-day accounting and close cycle through year-end in GAAP
• Maintain clean balance sheet and strong internal controls
• Grow and scale the Phoenix accounting/finance team and processes
• Own forecast and multi-year planning; define key metrics
• Build dashboards showing reimbursement, labor trends and performance drivers
• Develop financial models for acquisitions, partnerships and growth
• Act as finance liaison to partners, auditors, regulators, and consultants
• Maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance
• Drive automation and standardization across finance with centralized service centers
