Ruan is seeking a Regional CDL Truck Driver for Sunday–Thursday dedicated routes out of Springfield, MO. Drivers haul palletized whole eggs, earn weekly pay with activity-based miles and per-stop pay, and often work 4–6 a.m. starts on 200–400 mile routes with possible layovers.

Assigned Freightliner Sleeper Cab duties include pallet jack loading; comprehensive benefits and a strong safety culture are offered by Ruan.

Pay

Get paid weekly and earn an activity-based pay at $0.74 per mile and $27 per stop. Average $90,000 per year and $1,700 per week. Earn an additional $75 bonus for layovers.

Schedule

We are currently hiring for a Sunday - Thursday schedule with morning start times between 4 - 6 a.m. These are dedicated routes within a 200-400 mile radius of the operation, and drivers may have up to two layovers each week.

Equipment

Drivers will operate an assigned Freightliner Sleeper Cab and will assist with loading using an electric pallet jack.
