Job summary

RUAN TRANSPORTATION MGMT SYSTS is hiring Class A CDL drivers based in Cedartown, GA to haul boxed furniture in dry van trailers for our dedicated customer. This position features a home weekly schedule, Monday–Friday with morning starts, and occasional Sunday dispatch.

You will drive regional routes across the East Coast and Midwest, earning an average around $85,000 per year with top earners around $92,000. Benefits include health and retirement options and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 22 years old.
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years.
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years.
• Must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired.
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, understand traffic signs, and make entries on reports.

Responsibilities

• Haul furniture regionally in dry van trailers.
• Manage multi-stop loads across the East Coast and Midwest.
• Tailgate product as required.
• Operate late-model Freightliner sleepers with dry van trailers.
