Job summary

Qualifications

• Operate a TAS with a 53' dry van safely and efficiently.
• Comply with FMCSA and Corrugated Logistics policies and all applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough pre-trip inspections as prescribed by FMCSA and the company.
• Inspect tractor and trailer for defects during and after trips and report conditions.
• Safely operate tractor-trailer equipment in various configurations and conditions.
• Drop, hook, switch and interchange equipment including landing gear operations.
• Maintain shipping documentation and driver logs per FMCSA and company requirements.
• Communicate with Dispatch/Operations about stops, movements, issues with equipment or cargo.
• Report accidents or incidents and cooperate with authorities as needed.
