Job summary

Cargo Express Freight is seeking a Regional CDL Driver to keep freight moving safely across intrastate and interstate routes. You will represent the company with customers, vendors, and co-workers, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensuring compliance with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have valid CDL A license and be 21+ years old.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor trailer on intrastate and interstate routes to deliver to shippers and receivers.
• Complete routes safely per DOT regulations and company policies.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report safety issues.
• Record hours-of-service and complete required paperwork accurately.
