Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A and safe driving record.
• Strong understanding of DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Attention to detail for inspections, logs, and shipping paperwork.
• Good communication with dispatch, customers, and maintenance teams.
• Ability to secure freight and follow safety procedures consistently.

Responsibilities

• Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report defects discovered during inspections.
• Operate in compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and shipping documentation.
• Secure, load, and handle freight properly as required.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
• Report maintenance needs promptly to support safe operations.
• Participate in ongoing safety and skills training for development.
