Job summary

OConnell Motor Freight INC seeks CDL-A Regional Truck Drivers to join our team. You will haul dry van freight on regional routes using brand-new trucks, with no-touch loads and mentor support during training.

New drivers receive paid training before moving into regular regional work. During mentorship, drivers earn $850 per week, and after training weekly earnings rise to $1,600–$1,800+. Direct deposit weekly, with potential incentives for safety and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL and meet company and DOT standards.
• CDL school graduates who completed at least 120 hours of instruction encouraged to apply.
