Job summary

J Rose Enterprises seeks experienced Class A CDL drivers for our Southwest regional fleet across California. Enjoy consistent mileage, weekly home time, and steady dry van freight on well-supported lanes.

Weekly earnings range from $1,200 to $1,500 with CPM pay on all miles, plus detention and breakdown pay. Home weekly with 34–48 hour resets; regional routes with 100% no-touch freight and take-home truck privileges during home time.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required.
• Minimum 6 months verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• Must have verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 days.
• Must meet DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional Southwest routes across California.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with DOT regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report any vehicle issues.
• Coordinate with dispatch to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Assist with 100% no-touch freight where applicable.
