Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Regional Truck Driver in Carol Stream, IL — offering weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about. You will operate safe, well-maintained tractors on regional routes with home weekly cadence.

This role offers mileage and stop pay, paid training, and a 401(k) with company match, plus PTO from day one and maternity leave options. Shifts run Monday–Friday with start times around 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and DOT compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL and endorsements.
• 9 months to 5 years of tractor-trailer experience within specified windows.
• Pass Ryder drug test and background checks including motor vehicle records (last 3 years).
• DOT physical required.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow laws, regulations, and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate logs and records.
• Load/unload freight or assist as required by customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
