Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Dedicated Regional Driver for a night-shift role with weekly home time. You will run dedicated regional routes across NC, SC, TN, KY, and VA, delivering freight with a guaranteed weekly pay and a short orientation period.

The position offers additional bonuses including a $500 New Hire Transition Bonus, a $3,000 referral bonus, and a $250 per day orientation payment. Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, PTO, and 401(k) are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 12 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• Hazmat endorsement required.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Must pass a comprehensive drug test.
• Satisfactory safety and employment history.

Responsibilities

• Operate dedicated regional routes through NC, SC, TN, KY, and VA.
• Maintain consistent, safe driving and on-time deliveries.
• Live in home weekly with night-shift driving.
