Ryder System, Inc. in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team. You will operate safe, well-maintained tractors on West Coast regional routes with 45–50 hours per week and a start window from early morning to early evening.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle.
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR 2 years within the last 5 years, OR 5 years within the last 10 years.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Must pass a Ryder Drug Test, background and motor vehicle check including DOT verification.
• Must have 21+ years of age.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions and apply laws/policies.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards; maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Loading/unloading freight or assisting in loading/unloading if required by customer.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
