Job summary

Schneider National is seeking CDL drivers for dedicated routes in IA/IL/IN/OH. This position offers 100% no-touch, 90% drop-and-hook freight, and 8–10 loads per week with home time and reliable weekly miles.

Pay includes mileage plus hourly on duty, a $1,000 weekly guarantee in the first 90 days, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses of $5,000 for experienced drivers or $2,500 for inexperienced drivers, plus orientation and PTO after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Live within 50 miles of Amana, IA.

Responsibilities

• Haul manufacturing parts in dry van trailers.
• 100% no-touch and 90% drop-and-hook freight.
• 8-10 loads per week.
• Drive within IA, IL, IN and OH.
