Regional routes cover the South and Midwest with mostly no-touch freight. Expect weekly pay around $1,550 on a typical 5-day schedule, plus various add-on pays and a comprehensive benefits package, including retirement contributions and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.
• Willingness to obtain Hazmat endorsement within 90 days of hire.
• No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years.
• No DUI or DWI convictions within the past 5 years.
• No license suspensions or revocations due to moving violations within the last 5 years.
• No serious traffic violations in the past 12 months (e.g. speeding 15+ mph).
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No preventable DOT-recordable accidents in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Open and close trailer doors (up to 46 lbs).
• Hook and unhook trailers (up to 90 lbs).
• Load, unload, or shift freight (up to 54 lbs).
• Conduct pre-trip inspections for safety and compliance.
• Enter and exit commercial vehicles and trailers.
• Drive for extended periods and maintain regular attendance.
