Ryder System, Inc. in Corvallis, OR is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver to deliver regionally across the Western states. The position offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits after 30 days, and paid training.Expect hourly base pay of $29.00 plus $1 per every 3 endorsements, overtime after 40 hours, and nightly per diem. Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Hold a valid Class A CDL with endorsements.
• Pass Ryder drug test and background checks.
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test.
• 9 months to 5 years of tractor-trailer experience within specified windows.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Able to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
• Performs other duties as assigned
