Job summary

Mesilla Valley Transportation is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for the Southwest Regional fleet. This position offers strong weekly earnings, averaging between $1,400 and $1,800, with reliable home time and consistent freight.

The role features 2,650 miles per week and a no-touch freight environment to help you stay productive. You’ll participate in a driver rewards program, with orientation pay, holiday pay, and monthly productivity/safety bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A CDL is required.
• Minimum 6 months of recent CDL-A driving experience.
• Clean MVR/PSP and satisfactory work history.
• Must live within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ; Albuquerque, NM; San Antonio, TX; or Laredo, TX.

Responsibilities

• Operate Southwest Regional routes with a Class-A CDL.
• Maintain high safety and on-time delivery standards.
• Maximize miles and efficiency while following company policies.
• Communicate with dispatch and complete required paperwork.
