Heyl Truck Lines is a family-owned carrier focused on regional Midwest freight. As a Regional Company Truck Driver, you’ll be part of a supportive team with a built-in family feel and long-term opportunities.

Expect pay that grows with tenure, plus bonuses and additional pays for detention, breakdowns, layovers, and drops. You’ll operate mainly in Iowa and neighboring states, with options for 5–10 day trips home for resets or 10–14 day trips with 34–48 hours at home.

Regional Company Truck Driver

• Pay that grows with you. Earn up to $92,160 per year. Base pay ranges up to 58CPM with 1CPM raises for tenure. Up to 6CPM in monthly bonus opportunities available.*
• Extra pay that adds up. Earn more with detention, breakdown, layover, and drop pay-so your time is always compensated.*
• Midwest Regional. Midwest-focused freight. Run Iowa and surrounding states with consistent regional lanes.
• Flexible home time options. Run 5-10 days out with a home reset, or 10-14 days out with 34-48 hours at home.
