Mesilla Valley Transportation is hiring experienced Team CDL-A drivers for a regional team fleet. Earns $2,000-$2,500 per week per driver with 6,500–8,000 team miles weekly and no-touch freight, plus flexible home time and 1,000 orientation pay.

This role offers a stable schedule and sustained lane access across the Southwest, West Coast, and Southeast regions. Qualified drivers bring 6 months+ of CDL-A experience, a clean MVR/PSP, and the ability to work within 75 miles of multiple hubs

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A CDL and recent CDL-A driving experience.
• Clean MVR/PSP history with satisfactory work history.
• Willingness to meet 6–7 day run cycles and flexible home time.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional team routes with 6,500–8,000 weekly miles.
• Maintain safe driving practices and on-time deliveries.
• Collaborate with team drivers to optimize freight lanes.
